It's a natural disaster that has a bouncing effect like the wind, but this is subtle.
The effect itself is by no means weak, but now that Friche is mainstream, I want to do magic and trap removal before the monsters are deployed.

His WIND version of 《Cataclysmic Scorching Sunburner》has appeared. By the way, the link version Heater and Wynn are recorded at the same time.
When his WIND monster is destroyed, he can be Special Summoned from his hand and return his Spell Trap in play to the top of his Deck.
Since Sunburn is his FIRE, there was a way to deal with explosions, but this card really has to be put out on its own terms. The resulting effect is his Spell Trap's top bounce of his deck, which can drawlock, but can be quite ineffective for some things. The set cards are getting less and less.
The Special Summon condition is passive and the effect is plain. I can't say it's weak, but I can't see the merit of daring to adopt it.
